Corrected results of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for the first half year 2008

The six month 2008 consolidated non-audited sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group
made LTL 316.842 million (EUR 91.764 million), i.e. 1,2 per cent more than in
the same period last year. The six month 2007 consolidated sales made LTL
313.113 million (EUR 90.684 million). 
The consolidated non-audited net loss of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for the
first half year 2008 made LTL 15.550 million (EUR 4.504 million). The
consolidated non-audited net profit for the first half year 2007 made LTL
13.201 million Lt (EUR 3.823 million). 
The first half year was loss-making due to several reasons: firstly,
significantly increased prices for raw milk and, secondly, due to decreased
prices of the exported products. 
In September, the Board of Directors of AB „Rokiskio suris“ will consider again
the evaluated results for the full year 2008 and announce corrected prognosis.
