Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On August 13, 2008 , UBS AG informes according to Article 26, Section 1
Sentence 2 that  its Voting Rights on UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz, ISIN:
CH0024899483, WKN: UB0BL6, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on August 08, 2008  and now amount to 4.995% (this corresponds to
146474284 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.65% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 48470625 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
