Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006764749, WKN: 676474, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on August 02, 2007  and now
amount to 2.901% (this corresponds to 1547101 Voting Rights).
