AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 14, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Mar Ked Mineral Exploration, Inc. (OTCBB:MKED) announces that it has changed its name to North American Energy Resources, Inc. The name change was effected to complement the business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, North American Exploration, Inc.
The name change is effective August 15, 2008. Additionally, a corresponding symbol change will become effective August 15, 2008. The new symbol will be NAEN.
