(Pink Sheets:NNRI) today announced that, due to delays in completion of the 2008 second quarter review of its investee partner ZAO EMBP ATOLL (ATOLL) by ATOLL's Russian audit firm, the Company will be in delay in the filing of its second quarter 10-Q.
The Company's first quarter 10-Q continues to be delayed for similar reasons, said NNRF.
The Company is currently in internal discussion concerning the above issues and will issue further news shortly.
