6 employees of TGS-NOPEC exercised yesterday, August 20th, 2008, in total 80,000 stock options secured by warrants. 70,000 stock options were exercised from the award in August 2004 at an exercise price of NOK 30.00 per share. 10,000 stock options were exercised from the award in August 2005 at an exercise price of NOK 64.50 per share.
