Guava A/S to extend the Company management as at 15 August 2008 by appointing
Guava's Swedish Manager, Nils Carlsson, Chief Operation Officer (COO) in Guava
A/S.
Nils Carlsson has served as the Manager of the Company's Swedish operations for
two years and has been at the head of the merger of the three entities
acquired. Nils Carlsson has thirteen years' management experience at top level
from the IT and telecom industries. On the basis of his previous positions as
Vice President of Marketing & Products in Telenor Sverige AB, Manager of
Marketing & Products in Vodafone Sverige AB, and as Manager of the business
development in Europolitan AB, the Management considers Nils Carlsson extremely
well prepared for the position as COO/Chief Operations Director in Guava.
Brian Mertz Pedersen continues to serve in his position as Chief Executive
Officer/CEO. Concurrently herewith, the Company's UK Manager, Graeme Radford,
is appointed Group Vice President and Deputy for Nils Carlsson and Brian Mertz
and as part of the top management of the Company.
New Manager for the Company's Swedish operations will be Swedish Jonas
Johnsson, who has been working in the Swedish company since 2005.
