AMANDA CAPITAL PLC STRENGHTENS IT'S LEADERSHIP                                  


Amanda Capital Plc has appointed Ilkka Rantanen as a Director, Business         
Development. Currently Ilkka Rantanen works as an investment professional for   
Credit Suisse Private Equity Fund, DLJ Merchant Banking Partners in London. He  
will take his position within Amanda Capital later this autumn.
