BE Group´s CEO to resign

Håkan Jeppsson, President and Chief Executive Officer of BE Group, has decided
to resign from his position with the company and to accept an offer to assume a
similar position with a company in the Ratos Group. 

Håkan Jeppsson, President and Chief Executive Officer of BE Group, has decided
to resign from his position with the company and to accept an offer to assume a
similar position with a company in the Ratos Group. 

“During his six years in BE Group Håkan Jeppsson has successfully driven the
development of the company both in terms of profitability and growth. He has
also in a commendable way developed a strong executive management team in the
company“, says chairman Carl-Erik Ridderstråle.

The process to find a new CEO has been initiated. Håkan Jeppsson will remain in
his current position during his contractual notice period of six months.
