NKK Switches Expands Rep Agreement With Ammon & Rizos

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - August 26, 2008) - NKK Switches, the world's leading designer
and manufacturer of innovative electromechanical switching devices, has
announced that it has expanded its authorized representative agreement with
Ammon & Rizos, a territorial sales and marketing firm servicing electronics
industry manufacturers, to include Mexico and South America.
These two new territories will join Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas
on the list of regions where Ammon & Rizos operates as an official NKK
representative.

This expanded partnership with Ammon & Rizos will allow NKK to better
service its valued distributors and customers in the Mexico and South
America regions as Ammon & Rizos' regional offices in Guadalajara, Mexico;
Sao Paulo, Brazil; Santa Catarina, Brazil; and Amazonas, Brazil will take
over work that was previously being done by offices in the United States.
