Antwerp - Thenergo (Alternext Paris: ALTHE), a leading developer and operator of decentralized, clean energy projects, announces the listing and admission to trading of all its shares on the Euronext market of Euronext Paris and on Euronext Brussels expected on 25 August 2008. The shares will cease to be listed on Alternext Paris on 22 August 2008 upon closing of trading.
Thenergo is a public limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Belgium specialized in generation of heat and electricity through cogeneration using renewable feedstocks (biogas, biomass, bio-oils, wood and secondary fuels) and natural gas. The group also provides the development, construction, operation and management of decentralised energy production facilities.
The Company's share capital amounts to 115,781,570.92 euros. It is represented by 17,236,007 shares without nominal value, fully subscribed and fully paid up and all of the same category, listed on the private placement segment of Alternext Paris under the ISIN code BE0947217122.
A prospectus has been approved by the Belgian Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission ("CBFA") on 19 August 2008. This Prospectus, its summary in French and Dutch, and the announcement of the approval by the CBFA of the Prospectus have been transferred by the CBFA to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers ("AMF").
