Management of the Supervisory Council for JSC Ventspils nafta subsidiary
LatRosTrans Ltd has changed - the member of the Supervisory Council Vladimirs
Solomatins has now become Chairman of the Supervisory Council, and the previous
Chairman of the Supervisory Council Vladimirs Krastiņš has taken the position
of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Council. 

Such changes have been made after considering the request of V.Krastiņš in
relation to his health condition. V.Solomatins, who will further manage the
Supervisory Council for LatRosTrans Ltd, is a recognized specialist in the
transit area, Doctor of Economic Science and holds also the position of
Chairman of the Supervisory Council for JSC Ventspils nafta. 

No changes have taken place as to the composition of the Supervisory Council.
Viktors Ligalovs continues fulfilling the duties as the Second Vice Chairman of
the Supervisory Council, and Olga Pētersone, Rolands Kalniņš, Konstantīns
Šeins, Nikolajs Dovgaļuks, as well as Jānis Blaževičs work at the Supervisory
Council. 

The JSC Ventspils nafta subsidiary LatRosTrans Ltd is the owner and operator of
crude oil and petroleum products pipelines in the territory of Latvia. The
Russian company Transņefteprodukt owns 34% of this company.
