The shares in CashGuard AB have been converted into shares in PSI
Group ASA.

The chairman of the board, Leif Flemming Bakke, had through a fully
owned company, 112.000 b-shares in CashGuard AB. These have now been
converted into 15.276 shares in PSI. New holding including fully
owned companies is 765.276 shares.

Member of the board, Erik Pinnås, had through a fully owned company,
112.000 b-shares in CashGuard AB. These have now been converted into
15.276 shares in PSI. New holding including fully owned companies is
2.961.276 shares.

Member of the board, Mats-Olof Ljungkvist, had 10.000 b-shares in
CashGuard AB. These have now been converted into 1.364 shares in PSI.
New holding is 1.364 shares.
