Prime to Drive Nectar Services Into Customer Base, New Prospects

FARMINGDALE, NY--(Marketwire - August 26, 2008) - Nectar Services Corp., an IP Communications services firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: JUMT), today announced that Prime Communications, Inc. has been signed as a new Nectar channel partner and reseller.

Executives from Prime Communications, an Avaya Business Partner specializing in IP telephony and systems integration, said that the Nectar suite of services provides "a golden opportunity" for them to promote managed services into their existing customer base while incorporating the Nectar solutions into new deals and initiatives.

New Jersey-based Prime Communications currently boasts over 200 existing clients.

"So many of our existing customers need the services that Nectar has to offer, not to mention the tremendous market demand for managed services and voice solutions," said Ken Archer, President of Prime Communications. "As a new Nectar partner, we have already hit the ground running, and the response has been phenomenal."

Archer, an esteemed channel executive who previously held senior posts at Avaya and Hewlett Packard, said the Nectar services are a natural fit in the channel community and provide an important recurring revenue stream for business partners.

"In addition to Nectar's real business benefits, the channel community recognizes that Nectar provides a recurring revenue stream currently absent from traditional hardware sales," continued Archer. "The combination of Nectar's superior managed services and the channel's go-to-market push is really positioning the company for great success."

David Giangano, Nectar's President of Global Channels, welcomed Prime Communications to the ever-growing channel program. "Prime has already proven to be a phenomenal channel partner," said Giangano. "With Prime as a Nectar partner, we are continuing to expand our footprint and our customer base."

In addition to his role as President of Prime Communications, Ken Archer also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for PRG Group Inc., Prime's parent company, and Juma Technology Corp.
