Nexia Announces Advertising Deal With Teen Impact

Estimated Distribution to 5 Million Students


SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - August 27, 2008) - Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NXHD) slated for full page ad in Teen Impact Magazine. The new magazine will print upwards of 500,000 copies to be distributed to high schools in an estimated 38 states. Each copy of Teen Impact will be viewed by many students. The advertisement will feature www.blackchandelier.com and its products. Teen Impact is a free publication that is distributed primarily in high schools throughout 38 states.

The advertisement is designed to reach out to Black Chandelier's target market by offering a special 20% discount by using a code within the ad copy. Teen Impact will receive a percentage of all sales resulting from sales generated from the ad. Distribution of Teen Impact is expected to be 500,000 for the first issue in which our full page ad will appear and up to 1.2 million copies for the subsequent distribution. "Each copy is expected to be viewed by at least 10 people, in my estimation," stated Richard Surber, CEO of Nexia Holdings, Inc.
