SCANFIL DISCONTINUES TO SELL SOME OF IT'S PLANT FACILITIES                      

On 17 September 2007 Scanfil announced it was looking into selling its plant    
facilities in Vantaa, Estonia and Hungary. As a result of done study the        
Scanfil's Board of Directors has decided not to sell the mentioned facilities.
