Landsafl´s profit ISK 1.6 billion
Key results:
• Total assets ISK 34.2 billion at the end of June compared to ISK 23.5 billion
at year end 2007.
• Total equity ISK 9.9 billion at the end of June. Total equity at year end
2007 amounted to 8.2 billion.
• Profit for the period is ISK 1.6 billion compare to profit of 378 million for
the same period in 2007.
• Total revenues amounted to ISK 764 million during the period compare to
ISK 574 million for the same period in 2007.
Operational highlights:
• Formal opening of Holtagarðar, retail centre, the second phase of the
project was completed in April.
• Refinancing of short term debt
