Highlights for the first half of 2008
• Revenue for the period was TDKK 44,068 against TDKK 18,503 in the
year-earlier period. The increase was attributable primarily to an increase in
installed capacity.
• The pre-tax profit for the period was TDKK 11,232 against a loss of TDKK
8,145 in the year-earlier period.
• The Company has received a number of offers for funding the Monte Grighine
project. One of these offers has been selected with a view to finalising
negotiations for intermediate funding of approximately EUR 75.0m.
• Construction of the Monte Grighine and Minerva Messina projects continue
according to plan.
• Construction of the Cagliari II project has been postponed for four months,
allowing for the turbines for this project and the Cagliari III project to be
installed in an ongoing process.
• The Company retains its pre-tax profit forecast of TDKK 12,000-15,000 for the
full year.
