Virgin America Waives Change Fees and Fare Differences for Travelers Impacted by Tropical Storm Hanna


SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 5, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Due to severe weather events along the East Coast, Virgin America is waiving change fees and fare differences for guests who may wish to postpone their travel plans on flights originating from or departing to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Washington Dulles (IAD).

Guests inconvenienced by the severe weather with confirmed flights on September 5 - September 7, 2008, may change their travel plans without paying change fees or the difference in fares, now through September 8, 2008.

Virgin America advises guests impacted by the severe weather to call Virgin America reservations at 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (1.877.359.8474) between the hours of 3:30am-11:30pm (PST) to make a change to their itinerary.
