- Statement from the Board of Directors of Eimskip

Following the recent media speculation on Hf. Eimskipafelag Islands (Eimskip),
the company‘s Board of Directors would like to make the following statement. 

The Board of Directors Eimskip has allready underway an internal inspection on
certain issues related to Eimskip's past operations. Until that inspection is
concluded, Eimskip will not publicly discuss these issues. 

Eimskip also confirms that Eimskip's former CEO has served the company with a
subpoena relation to claims related to his termination
