The Supervisory Board of caatoosee ag today met with Management Board
member Stefan Ahrens and have reached the agreement with him that he will
resign his seat with effect from 31 December 2008. Stefan Ahrens will
continue to conduct caatoosees operations until this date as the sole
member of the Management Board at the Supervisory Boards express request.
The Supervisory Board of caatoosee ag has to recall Management Board member
Michael Grünschloß step down from the Management Board with immediate
effect.
