Announcement of Change in Shareholding
Serabi Mining advises that it has been notified that following a disposal of shares, the BlackRock Global Metal Open Fund has reduced its holding in the issued share capital of the company and now has a notifiable interest of 4,930,595 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 3.52% of the ordinary shares in issue.
BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited manages a total holding of 10,780,333 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 7.69% of the ordinary shares in issue.
