City Service Group leaves unchanged its financial forecast for the year 2008. The Group plans to reach consolidated turnover of LTL 245 million (EUR 71 million) in 2008. According to the plans, the Group's consolidated profit shall amount to LTL 14 million (EUR 4.1 million) in 2008. Compared with the year 2007 results, consolidated turnover of the group shall increase by 17 percent, net profit - by 25 percent. “Despite the decline in other fields of business, we successfully perform according to our plans for this year. The next half of the year will be even more successful for us, as results of some our activities, e.g. management of heating facilities renovation projects, are influenced by seasonal changes. This lets us expect that we will reach forecasted turnover and profit by the end of the year”, - stated Žilvinas Lapinskas, Director General of City Service AB. City Service Group‘s turnover for the six months of 2008 was LTL 114 million (EUR 33 million), profit for the period amounted to LTL 4.7 million (EUR 1.36 million); in 2007 results for the period were LTL 70.2 million (EUR 20.3 million) and LTL 4.6 million (EUR 1.33 million).
