Amendments of “The Principles of Corporate Governance and Recommendations on their Implementation”

The Riga Stock Exchange (RSE) Management Board has approved the amendments of
“The Principles of Corporate Governance and Recommendations on their
Implementation” (Recommendation) for listed companies. The new version of
Recommendations will be effective as of January 1, 2009. The companies will
publish Corporate Governance reports pursuant to the new version of the
Recommendations in 2010.
