Non-public bonds emission issued

On 24 September 2008, FMĮ Orion Securities UAB finished issue of 
LTL 9,5 million (EUR 2,75 million) nominal value 90 days maturity 
non-public Agrowill Group AB coupon bonds emission.

Funds attracted by this bonds issue will be used for financing 
Companies expansion projects.
