Fixing of coupon rates effective from 1 October 2008

Effective from 1 October 2008, the coupon rates of the floating-rate bonds
below issued by Nykredit Realkredit A/S and Totalkredit A/S will be adjusted. 

Bonds subject to quarterly coupon fixing 
The new coupon rates will apply from 1 October 2008 to 31 December 2008:

Uncapped bonds
DK000977209-7 (21E), maturity 2013, new rate as at 1 October 2008: 5.5706% pa.
