New Head of Investor Relations

Andreas Ekström has been appointed Vice President, Investor Relations.

Andreas Ekström, aged 33, currently works as a financial analyst with focus on
the telecom industry at Carnegie, Stockholm. Prior to joining Carnegie in 2007,
he had a similar position at Svenska Handelsbanken for six years. Andreas
Ekström has a MSc from the Stockholm School of Business (Stockholms
Universitet). 

“Andreas Ekström has significant experience from the financial markets and the
telecom sector. His background will be very valuable to TeliaSonera,” says
Per-Arne Blomquist, Executive Vice President and CFO.

Andreas Ekström succeeds Martti Yrjö-Koskinen, who as previously communicated
will take up a new position as Senior Vice President, TeliaSonera Eurasia.
