Interim results for August 2008

In August the Group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and daughter enterprise
Baltwood LTD reached a turnover of LTL 11.5 mln. (EUR 3.3 mln.). Over eight
months of this year the Group's turnover outmeasured LTL 98.6 mln. (EUR 28.6
mln.), comparing with the same period of 2007 year the sales increased by 6.8%.
