DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007 OF EFORE PLC
On the basis of the authorisation of the Annual General Meeting on January 31,
2008 the Board has decided to pay an additional dividend of EUR 0.05 per share,
or total EUR 2,026,482.40, for the fiscal year 2007.
The dividend will be paid to those shareholders who on the record date for
payment of dividend, October 1, 2008 are registered in the company's shareholder
register kept by the Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd. The dividend
will be paid on October 8, 2008.
