Agrowill Group AB has successfully completed acquisition of Gruduva UAB

On September 25, 2008, Agrowill Group AB has successfully completed 
acquisition process of 97.28% of Gruduva UAB shares. 

According to audited data, net non-consolidated income of Gruduva UAB 
amounted to 16.2 million litas (4.7 million EUR), whereas EBITDA 
reached 7.6 million litas (2.2 million EUR). Net profit of the company 
was equal to 4.9 million litas in 2007 (1.4 million EUR).

The Company, which employs 117 persons, controls over 4 thousand 
hectares of land. The cow herd kept, which is being increased every 
year, exceeded 800 heads last year. On average, 6 tons of milk is 
produced annually per cow.
