01/10/2008 Metsä Tissue EUR 238 million Syndicated Credit Facility signed Metsä Tissue Corporation has signed on 26 September 2008, EUR 238 million syndicated loan agreement. The loan is a five-year credit facility financing the current facility, due to mature in June 2009. Mandated Lead Arrangers are Calyon, DnB Nord, Nordea and SEB. In total 8 banks participate in the loan arrangement.
