Board member selected by the employees, electrician Michael Schrøder
Nielsen has terminated his job at Brødrene Hartmann A/S and
consequently withdraws from the Board of Directors of Hartmann as of
1 October 2008.
Michael Schrøder Nielsen was elected as alternate at the election in
April 2006 and joined the Board as a board member in September the
same year.
A by-election is now organized that applies to the rules concerning
the election of a new board member and a new alternate to the Board
of Directors after Michael Schrøder Nielsen. Further information will
follow when the by-election has been accomplished.
