Appointment in Cramo Group Management Team
Mr Mika Puittinen, (38), LL.M., MBA, has been appointed as Vice President, Legal
Affairs, at Cramo Plc. Among his other duties Mr Puittinen will act as the
Secretary of the Board and he reports to Mr Vesa Koivula, President and CEO. Mr
Puittinen will start in his new position as from 17th November 2008.
Before joining Cramo Plc, Mr Puittinen has worked as Vice President (Legal
Affairs) at Perlos Corporation. Previously Mr Puittinen has also been employed
as in-house lawyer at Fortum, TietoEnator and Fujitsu.
