Östen Innala Acting President of EnergoRetea

Östen Innala has been appointed Acting President of Bure's subsidiary
EnergoRetea Group AB. Östen Innala has been appointed Acting President of Bure's
subsidiary EnergoRetea Group AB. Östen Innala will succeed Mikael Vatn, who has
announced a desire to leave his role as President. During Mikael Vatn's more
than five years as President, the company has grown from around 40 employees to
the current 280 and is today a profitable and well managed business with strong
positions in the Stockholm and Skåne regions.

Until today Östen Innala was Chairman of EnergoRetea and was previously
President of Energo prior to its acquisition by Bure. In connection with Östen
Innala's appointment as Acting President, the current Board Member Kjell
Duveblad will take over as Chairman of EnergoRetea. The process of recruiting a
permanent President for EnergoRetea will be started immediately.
