Agrowill Group AB established a subsidiary entity

On 13th of October 2008 Agrowill Group AB established new subsidiary 
company: Baltic farming land management UAB. 

The established subsidiary will manage the agricultural land portfolio
and is planned to be sold to investors together with portfolio in 2009.
