T-A Health Education Center Announces Advisory Board Members

BUFFALO, WY--(Marketwire - October 16, 2008) - The newly launched T-A Health Education Center
today announced the members of its advisory board, who will guide and
support the T-A Health Education Center, located on the historic T-A Ranch
outside of Buffalo, Wyoming, as a dedicated state-of-the-art conference
center specializing in bringing world-class continuing education on rural
healthcare to physicians in Wyoming, and other rural markets nationwide.
The founding members of the T-A Health Education Center Advisory Board are:
Rex Arney, JD; W.G. "Jerry" Saunders, MD; Michael Jording, MD; and Kenneth
Madsen, MD. The board will also name two additional national members
shortly.

of these initial T-A HEC advisory board members. They represent the highest
level of thought leaders in Wyoming healthcare, especially rural
healthcare. They really care about the positive impact that good continuing
education can have on rural healthcare delivery," said Earl Madsen,
president of the T-A HEC. "Their leadership, skills, and guidance will be
invaluable to us as we bring world-class continuing education to practicing
physicians in Wyoming and to all physicians interested in rural health
nationwide."
The five-star advisory board will help ensure execution of the center's
mission, set a comprehensive and rigorous program curriculum, and establish
relationships with the center's multi-party constituents such as
professional associations, academia, rural health medical centers and
industry.
Advisory Board Members & Backgrounds
Rex Arney, JD -- Presently a partner in the Brown Drew & Massey LLP law
firm, Rex is one of the most respected thought leaders on Wyoming
healthcare. He is presently co-chair of the Wyoming Healthcare Commission.
He served in the Wyoming Legislature for 16 years and was chairman of the
Senate Judiciary Committee. In 1988, he became General Counsel and
Congressional Liaison for the National Endowment for the Humanities in
Washington, D.C.;
Michael Jording, MD -- Michael is a practicing family physician in
Newcastle, WY who has been very involved in furthering rural healthcare
initiatives in Wyoming. He has been active for over 20 years in providing
medical education to medical students, residents, and other healthcare
professionals, particularly through the Casper Family Medicine Residency
and WWAMI medical student education program. Most recently, Michael served
as president of the Wyoming Medical Society and continues to be a member of
the WMS Board of Trustees;
W.G. "Jerry" Saunders, MD -- One of the region's foremost physicians and
current director of Medical Education & Public Health at the University of
Wyoming. He served as an examiner for the American Board of OB/GYN for ten
years and was been president of the Sheridan County Medical Society and the
Wyoming Medical Society. Jerry has been a University of Wyoming Trustee for
12 years, and Board President in 1996; and
Kenneth Madsen, MD -- Ken, a University of Wyoming graduate, is doubly
board certified in general and vascular surgery and has clinics throughout
the state of Wyoming. He practices vascular surgery at the Cheyenne
Regional Medical Center with state-of-the-art treatments of all peripheral
vascular conditions including angioplasty and stenting, minimally invasive
aneurysm repair, treatment of venous disease and traditional vascular
surgical procedures.
Starting in the Spring of 2009, the T-A Health Education Center will offer
a full calendar of fresh and clinically relevant educational programs
across all relevant therapeutic categories. The center's lead topic
speakers will be nationally renowned therapeutic opinion leaders, who will
share the program podium with a regional/local respected co-host. The
center will partner with regional medical centers and industry in
sponsoring the independent and rigorous educational experiences.
