On October 23rd JSC "Reģionālā investīciju banka" will reduce the notes issue volume

JSC "Reģionālā investīciju banka" announces that according to „RIB 2Y 6M
Euribor+3.25% Notes” notes issue prospectus p.5.2.8. on 23rd of October 2008
Bank will reduce the issue volume by 4340 (four thousand three hundred forty)
notes that Bank bought on secondary market.
