Announcement under section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2
of the Order on Major Shareholders                                              

Under section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2 of the Order
on Major Shareholders it is hereby given that Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) as
of today has changed its shareholding to 2,640,825 shares in Lokalbanken i      
Nordsjælland a/s of nom. DKK 20 per share, corresponding to nominally DKK       
52,816,500. Handelsbanken subsequently owns and controls directly or indirectly 
in total 97.8% % of the share capital and votes in Lokalbanken i Nordsjælland   
a/s.
