PTA Radio Digs Into the Dad Difference
Focuses on Being More Than a Financial Provider, Learning Fathering Skills, Understanding Limitations

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - October 21, 2008) - PTA Radio's sophomore
show continues the first series of shows that focus on male involvement
tips in an in-depth interview with a father involvement expert from the
National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI) -- a partner organization of PTA's Men
Organized to Raise Engagement (MORE) alliance.
The show, called "What a
Difference a Dad Makes," features an interview with Vincent DiCaro,
Director of Public Affairs at NFI. DiCaro provides insight on basic
fathering skills, confidence and strengths.
Anyone can listen to PTA
Radio on-demand and catch a quick show online at their leisure with the
click of a mouse. Show lengths range from 5 - 10 minutes and feature
interviews with different national experts every other week.
The shows are hosted by Rae Pica, an author and international education
expert specializing in early childhood physical activity; and Chuck
Saylors, National PTA's first-ever male president-elect.
