Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On October 20, 2008, General Capital Group Fund Advisor N.V., Curacao,
Netherlands Antilles, has informed us according to para. 21 sec. 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 08,
2008, and now amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 1,747,000 Voting
Rights).

According to para. 22 sec. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 and No. 6 of the WpHG 3,01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,747,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from GCG Germany Fund I (cp. our publication
regarding the Voting Rights announcement of GCG Germany Fund I dated
October 15, 2008).
