With over 400 attorneys, Grandall (www.grandall.com.cn) is one of the largest law firms in China with offices in Beijing, Hong Kong as well as seven other prominent cities in China. Mr. Li has been a partner in the Shanghai office of Grandall for the past 4 years and will be working at SRFF for the next several months. Mr. Li will focus his practice to reverse mergers of Chinese companies into publicly traded shell companies and PIPE transactions relating to Chinese companies.

Mr. Li, 33, received his Bachelor of Law (Honors) and Master of Law (Honors) from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and is admitted to practice in the People's Republic of China. Mr. Li has also studied in the United States at Chicago-Kent College of Law and is proficient in English as well as his native Mandarin.
