Robert af Jochnick (Oriflame's  Chairman) has acquired 50,000  shares
in  Oriflame  Cosmetics  S.A.  The  holding  of  Robert  af  Jochnick
thereafter   amounts   to   4,283,715   shares,   corresponding    to
approximately 7.6  per cent  of  the votes  and capital  in  Oriflame
Cosmetics S.A.
