        Luxembourg

On October 24, 2008, the Voting Rights of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie.
Beteiligungen S.A. (Luxembourg) on IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG fell below
the threshold of 3 % and at that day amounted to 0.50 % (2,903,841 Voting
Rights; 0.4963 %).

     2. Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA, 50667 Köln, Germany

On October 24, 2008, the Voting Rights of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA on
IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and at that
day amounted to 0.50 % (2,903,841 Voting Rights; 0.4963 %). According to
Section 22, Article 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG all of these Voting
Rights are to be attributed to Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA.

     3. Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A., 2180 Luxembourg

On October 24, 2008, the Voting Rights of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A.
on IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and at
that day amounted to 0.50 % (2,903,841 Voting Rights; 0.4963 %). According
to Section 22, Article 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG all of these Voting
Rights are to be attributed to Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A.
