The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, informed on
its behalf according to Section 21, Article 1 of the WpHG as well as for
KfW Beteiligungsholding GmbH, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, according to Section
21, Article 1 of the WpHG in connection with Section 24 of the WpHG as
follows:

     1. Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau

On October 24, 2008, the Voting Rights of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau
on IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG exceeded the thresholds of 50 % and 75 %
and at that day amounted to 90.81 % (531,314,238 Voting Rights). According
to Section 22, Article 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG 7.27 % (42,525,481
Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau.

In this respect, the Voting Rights attributed to the Kreditanstalt für
Wiederaufbau are held by the following company, in the sense of Section 17,
Article 2, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpAIV:

  KFW Beteiligungsholding GmbH

     2. KfW Beteiligungsholding GmbH

On October 24, 2008, the Voting Rights of KfW Beteiligungsholding GmbH on
IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG fell below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20
%; 15 % and 10 % and at that day amounted to 7.27 % (42,525,481 Voting
Rights).
