CEO and CFO in Curalogic have given their notice of resignations but will       
continue in the company until the strategic process is completed                

President and CEO Peter Moldt and EVP and CFO Helle Busck Fensvig have given    
their notice of resignations.                                                   

The company's strategy is unchanged and Peter Moldt and Helle Busck Fensvig will
continue to take care of their duties in the company until a biotech pipeline is
re-established or the company has paid the cash and cash equivalents back to the
shareholders, which still is planned to take place within this calendar year.
