DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - October 29, 2008) - NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : NMKT )
today announced the Company's Brazilian subsidiary UniOne is currently
implementing an Oracle Siebel CRM project that is scheduled to wrap up in
December. The contract was closed in May of this year and supports the
implementation of the Sales, Services and Marketing modules of the Siebel
CRM software. The client is a Brazilian association focused on ethical and
social development within Brazil and other countries around the world.
Management has recently published a letter to shareholders discussing the
Company's preparations to bolster against possible slowdowns as a result of

Management also conducted a Webcast to further review the Company's outlook
in reaction to economic conditions

meantime, projects such as this Brazilian Oracle Siebel CRM project remain
