DES PLAINES, IL--(Marketwire - October 30, 2008) - Schawk, Inc. (NYSE : SGK ), a leading
provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all
sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand
affinity, announced that it will release third-quarter 2008 financial
results on Monday, November 17, 2008, after the close of the market. The
Company will host a conference call to discuss third-quarter financial
results on Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Central time. Hosting
the call will be David A. Schawk, president and CEO, A. Alex Sarkisian,
executive vice president and COO, and Timothy J. Cunningham, executive vice
president and CFO.
The Company also announced that its third quarter Quarterly Report on Form
10-Q, which is required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on or before November 10, 2008, is presently expected to be
filed by November 17, 2008.
