Please find attached Exista's Articles of Association with amendments from the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on 30 October 2008. Please note that in the Articles of Association published with the results of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting, there was an error in the Company's share capital in Article 4, Paragraph 1. The Company's share capital amounts to 14,174,767,632 nominal value as previously published in Exista's Articles of Association of 30 May 2008.
