Change in the management bodies of OÜ Põlva Piim Tootmine

By resolution of 11 November 2008 of the shareholder of OÜ Põlva Piim Tootmine,
which is a subsidiary of AS Kalev Paide Tootmine, Ülo Kivine was elected as a
member of the management board of the company. Members of the management board
Raul Lusti, Viljar Veevo and Andrus Roiland were removed. Along with Ülo
Kivine, Aivar Häelm will continue as member of the management board. 

With the same shareholder's resolution, the articles of association of OÜ Põlva
Piim Tootmine were changed so that the private limited company now has a
supervisory board. 
Oliver Kruuda, Taavi Toots and Allan Viirma were elected as members of OÜ Põlva
Piim Tootmine supervisory board. 

Member of the management board Ülo Kivine has served as the CEO of Tere AS
since its founding - July 2007. The supervisory board members Oliver Kruuda,
Taavi Toots and Allan Viirma have been members of the Tere AS supervisory board
since July 2007. In addition, Oliver Kruuda and Taavi Toots are on the
management board of the private limited company's parent company, AS Kalev
Paide Tootmine. 

Oliver Kruuda holds stock in AS Kalev through various companies. The other
members of the management bodies of OÜ Põlva Piim elected by the 11 November
2008 resolution do not hold stock in AS Kalev.
