XACT - Change in Fund Regulations


Finansinspektionen (the Swedish financial services authority) has
approved XACT AB request to change the fund regulations for the
following exchange traded funds:


  * XACT OMXS30
  * XACT OMXSB
  * XACT FTSE RAFI Sweden
  * XACT FTSE RAFI Euro
  * XACT Nordic30



The reason for the changes is new terminology in "lagen om
investeringsfonder" (law regarding investment funds) and new
regulations (FFFS 2008:11).

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish financial services authority) has
also approved changes in the fund regulations for the exchange traded
funds XACT Bull and XACT Bear. The change enables the funds to invest
up to 100 percent of their assets in money market instruments that
have been issued or guaranteed by the Swedish government.
